What Is With All the Big Lebowski Quotes?
What’s with all the Big Lebowski quotes lately? Well, I like to think of it as a silent prophecy. Having heard the Big Lebowski movie so many times, and seen it on repeat on the news on late night television, I can now understand its impact, even if you don’t. I believe that these movies, by virtue of being so much fun to watch, have, if anything, made more people aware of smoking pot, because they are “classy”, as the saying goes.

Still, maybe this is all just a small but notable trend, due to the growing interest in all things associated with the Big Lebowski movie and of course, the book. Who knows? Still, we can rest assured that, as a people, we are indeed taking in some of the Big Lebowski’s wisdom. For example, that beer from that particular pub is really good and has no doubt, increased our taste for the finer things in life.

The movie, obviously, did not cause the movie – in fact, it probably didn’t cause the book either – at least according to many of the Big Lebowski quotes. In truth, many of these lines came out of the very mouths of the people who have benefited the most from these very movies. So, maybe, in fact, they have helped those who have read and enjoyed them to be smarter in the area of politics and what happens in our country. So, I propose, at the very least, that they would also welcome the thought that we can learn a lot from our favorite movies and our favorite authors.
